The organization prides itself in its premiere fundraising effort- “Say Queso” Wine Tasting Mixer and the Annual Black & White Ball. The Board is committed to awarding as many scholarships as possible and is exploring other fundraising opportunities to meet the need.
To raise funds for scholarships, FHSF is hosting its 4rd Annual “Say Queso” Wine & Cheese tasting event on Thursday, April 22nd 2010 at Arte America’s (1630 Van Ness Ave). This event will begin at 5:30 pm and will feature several of the Valley’s finest wines! Enjoy cheese sampling, appetizers, a silent auction and live entertainment!

Please join with us October 29, 2010, for our 21th Anniversary Black & White Ball at International Catering (Ashlan & West). Social hour begins at 6:30 followed by dinner at 7:30. This is our premier fundraising event to usher in the holiday season! Guests will enjoy an evening of dining and entertainment highlighted by our scholarship recipients’ stories. Black & White Ball is held annually in the fall to promote secondary education, scholarships, and culture.
